Catalytic technologies for single-stage processing
of high-octane gasoline, diesel fuel and C3-C4 condensed gas
from gas condensates and oil distillates (fractions evaporated by boiling at temperature up to 360oC, including those
from oil distillates with high content of high-stability sulfur compounds
of thiophenic class.

| Operational advantages |
Specilic position of activity centers in the catalyst structure provides the conditions
for different hydrocarbon transformation reactions to proceed within
one temperature and pressure range and one raw material feed velocity
range.
One-dimensional structure of zeolite component with aluminium atom depleted
surface makes it possibIe significantly to decrease the cracking activity
of catalyst product and the coke-Iay down during processing of hydrocarbon raw material
of wide fractional composition.
Catalytic activity in case of low residual Na2O content and in absence
of noble metals in catalyst composition.
Catalyst service life is from 1,5 to 2 years without loss of consumer properties under the
conditions of production of high-octane gasoline with octane number =
92-95 and winter and arctic diesel fuel with cetane number (CN) not less than 45.
Catalyst is based on the harmless to environment high silica zeolite system, it doesn't contain heavy metals and has
no explosive and pyrophoric properties. It refers to moderately hazardous
substances. |
