Advanced laser cutting complexes make it possible to obtain workpieces of practically any configuration. Computer-automated technologies and modified software allow to fabricate parts of sophisticated configuration with high precision and minimal costs, thus making this technique superior as compared to other methods of materials processing, such as milling, punching, plasma cutting.

NCCP’s manufacturing equipment is intended for high-quality automated laser cutting and nesting sheets up to 1500x3000 mm out of stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, zirconium and other metals and alloys. There are two automated laser cutting complexes. The first one of 500 Wt power is designed for 0,2 – 2 mm thickness, and the second of 3 kWt power is used for processing stainless steel up to 10 mm thick. Accuracy of manufacturing is up to 0,05 mm, and heat-affected zone is minimal.

Laser welding

Laser welding is carried out using 500 KWt machine, which makes it possible to weld thin metal sheets in the automated mode at high speed and accuracy.

Laser beam provides for high energy concentration owing to its focusing at the point several micrometers in diameter. Laser welding process is carried out in the air, in a leak-tight chamber either in vacuum, or under shielding gases such Ar, He.

High energy of laser emission in the welding process ensures small amount of the molten metal, inconsiderate sizes of the heat spot, high speed of heating and cooling of the weld metal and heat-affected zone. These features contribute to minimized structural deformation of the welded construction, specifics of physical, chemical and metallurgical processes in the weld metal, high structural strength of weld joints.
